We milk about 400 Holsteins, and produce roughly 10.5 million pounds of milk a year, which is about 1.2 million gallons, annually. We are a member of the Agri-Mark Coop. Each day, the milk truck comes to pick up our milk -- 2-3 days per week, our milk is shipped to Booth Brothers, a local bottler that distributes in Vermont. Most other days, our milk is used to make Cabot Cheese. We are proud to consistently produce some of the highest quality milk in our Coop. To read our Cabot farm story, click here.

We are very fortunate to have a dedicated, hard-working team to help us care for our cows, grow our crops, and maintain our farmstead. One of the greatest joys of farming over the years has been working hand-in-hand with such terrific people! We all work hard, but we are a great team.

After we harvest our crops, we pile it into bunker silos, where it can be stored to feed our cows throughout the year.
